Each waterfront property listing posted to our site remains online for one year (edit at anytime), and comes complete with a four photo gallery, Google mapping, automated inquiry and referral services. Real estate agents and brokers also receive a profile for posting their photo, company logo, contact information and website link at no additional charge.
Additionally, upon request we also offer full-color GreatWaterfrontLiving.com support materials to share with your clients and include in your marketing packets.
Additional Services:
1) CO-OP PRINT ADVERTISING PROGRAM: For an additional fee of $160 per listing, your property will be featured as a part of our full-page ad program in the national real estate publication du Pont Registry. Call us to sign-up for this service.

2) INDIVIDUAL PROPERTY LISTING--SEARCH ENGINE OPTIMIZATION: For an additional monthly fee of $150 (minimum of 3 months and includes package of 3 homes), we will provide SEO for any of your individual property listings to guarantee page 1 placement on Google. This service is a great way to impress your clients, and produces results to help move your properties! Call us to sign-up for this service.
3) REAL ESTATE MARKETING SERVICES: If there never seems to be enough hours in your day, consider outsourcing your marketing tasks! We will update your web listings on any site where you're a member, coordinate production of postcards, produce marketing flyers for your open houses, schedule photo sessions for your new listings, and handle all of your advertising & marketing needs. Services are billed hourly at $50 per hour, plus costs.
